Important Notice: International Shipping

We are pleased to share that Canada Post and the postal workers' union have reached a tentative agreement, and operations are beginning to stabilize. While this is a positive step, we are waiting for the agreement to be officially ratified before fully resuming standard international shipping operations.
- Domestic (Canadian) Orders: Packages are moving normally through the network.
- International Orders: For now, international shipping remains paused. We will re-enable these options as soon as the agreement is finalized and we are confident in reliable cross-border delivery.
Important Notice: Suspension of U.S. Shipping 🇺🇸✖️

Due to recent policy changes by the current U.S. administration, we will no longer be shipping orders to the United States for the foreseeable future. The removal of the exemption on packages valued under USD $800 (the De Minimis Exemption) has introduced increased costs and significant uncertainty around tariff collection.
This change has made it increasingly difficult for us, the courier, and our customers to determine and pre-collect accurate duty amounts before shipping. Even when duties are collected in advance, there is still a risk of unexpected charges once the parcel enters the U.S.
As a result, and to avoid unexpected fees and frustration, we are suspending all U.S. shipments until there is greater clarity around tariff rules, and how they are administered.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. We’ll continue to monitor the situation and will resume U.S. shipping if and when conditions improve.

Good Foot's service area includes all M postal codes (most of the City of Toronto), as well as parts of North York, Etobicoke, and Scarborough. If your address is within their coverage area, you’ll be able to select this delivery option at checkout.

- Free shipping to anywhere in Canada for all orders over $100 CAD
- $15 CAD flat rate for shipping anywhere in Canada
INCORRECT/WRONG ADDRESSES
Ensure your shipping address is accurate.
For returned orders due to an incorrect address, a $15 CAD admin fee will be charged and the rest of your order will be refunded.
